Do you know or wondered what reflective is and how we can show it? Well, first I did. But hroughout the week I learned and this is my reflection:
Monday:Reflective is a process where you stop and think. When you look back at a reflection you did or looking back at old things or projects you did, then you start thinking about it. I am still confused on some examples and some goals I can make with being reflective. But, after I researched online a little bit. At home I could write in my diary and reflect on the day. Because my dad bought me the diary of a wimpy kid do it yourself book and at the back there are spaces for you to write a diary. At school I could bring my diary to school and keep writing in it. At school I could also discuss with a friend about my day or reflection. I think that is how we can be reflective.
Tuesday: This week I would like to be reflective by looking back in my reflection a little bit more and try to use some things I think I did a good job on into my new one. And I am going to learn new things and try to improve from an old moldy reflection to a new pretty reflection. So, I want to learn my strenght and weaknesses so I can improve on my reflection more. I am going to challenge myself to write things in my diary in the diary of a wimpy kid. So, I am going to challenge myself by writing more in my diary and reflecting my day and writing everything I think in my head down into the words in my diary.
Wednesday :
Today I was reflective by writing in my diary at school. So I am reflecting and looking back in my day and being reflective by writing it in my diary. So this is my health plan reflection:
Thursday: This week I was being a reflective person by writing inmy diary. And writing in my diary is a really iportant thing because that is when we reflective in the day. You can also think about "What was my behavoir like in class?" and reflect it in your diary. I feel very good when I reflected on my days. So, when I am older I can read back and try to fix some of my weaknesses. I feel sucessful with how I was reflective because I feel very nice and good when I am beeing reflective.

- What are some strengths in my project? After I am done with my health plan, Ms.Kristi complemented me. So, I think I wrote really good and descriptive details.
- Did I forget any important information? Yes because I forgot to explain some of my pictures.
- Did I talk about the body systems that are affected by my health risk? Yes.
- Did I explain WHY people, or I, should take care of our bodies? Yes.
- WHY are certain foods and exercises helpful in preventing the health risk? Because for high blood pressure when you are exercising you will loose some weight.
